2-pyrrolidone is a colorless clear liquid, a high boiling polar solvent and an intermediate for organic synthesis. It is mainly used as a solvent for synthetic resins, pesticides, polyols, inks and iodine. It is also a raw material for the production of polyvinylpyrrolidone, nylon-4 and brain rehabilitation.

Used as a food antioxidant PG is also allowed in China to use feed antioxidants widely used abroad. Our regulations can also be used for edible oils, fried foods, biscuits, instant noodles, instant boiled rice, canned nuts, dried fish products and cured meat products.
